- ✔ Guests below 18 years are not allowed without parents/guardian.
- ✔ Non-Government IDs are not accepted.
- ✔ Valid Government ID is mandatory.
- ✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Payment Policy
- ✔ We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, NEFT/RTGS and Cash.
- ✔ Full payment is required at check-in.
- ✔ All pending charges must be cleared at check-out.
- ✔ Late check-out is subject to availability.
- ✔ Some bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- ✔ 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before check-in.
- ✔ Within 24 hours: 100% cancellation charges apply.
Refund Policy
- ✔ Refunds require management approval.
- ✔ Process time: 2–3 weeks.
- ✔ Refund will be issued to original payment method.
